Memento started after I watched yet another organizer try to round up photos from 80 guests — by SMS, by WhatsApp, by Messenger, all at once. And after friends asked me how to capture a birthday or a wedding without the budget for a professional photographer.

So I thought about it properly. And I built Memento.

The result: a digital disposable camera, hosted in Europe, with no app, no ads, no AI peeking over your guests' shoulders — and a fun new way to bring home the memories from the days you don't want to lose.

How do I collect photos from my wedding guests?
Memento generates a unique QR code for your wedding. Guests scan it, take photos in their phone browser — no app install — and everything lands in your private gallery automatically. By the next morning, it's all there.
Is Memento better than disposable cameras for a wedding?
For most couples, yes. No development costs, no lost rolls, no waiting. Guests take photos on their phones and you get a digital gallery the day after. Free during beta — no credit card.
Can guests see each other's photos?
No. Each guest only sees their own camera. Only you, the organizer, can see the full gallery. Everything is accessed via a secure private link.
What if some guests aren't tech-savvy?
It's a QR code and a web page — no app, no account, no login. If they can take a selfie, they can use Memento.
How many photos can each guest take?
17 by default — enough to capture the real moments without flooding your gallery. Configurable from 1 to 100 on higher tiers.
